Refunds and Returns
30 Day returns
If you receive an item that you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund to your original tender. The product must be unused/uninstalled and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer shall bear the shipping cost back to our warehouse, taking care that the product is properly packaged for secure shipping. Please email us at info@shopessencia.ca to initiate the return/refund.
Damaged upon receipt
If the product arrives damaged, you will have 2 days from delivery date to make a claim. Please contact our customer service at info@shopessencia.ca and we will gladly fix the problem free of charge. Any return shipping costs due to damages or manufacturers defects will be covered by Essencia Boutique International. The customer will not be liable for any shipping costs. Once assessed, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra charge.
Once the return/refund has been initiated, simply return the product back to us in its original condition and packaging. When the product arrives back to our warehouse and inspected, we will issue a full refund. There are no restocking or handling fees. If for any reason the vanity arrives back to our warehouse damaged or used, we have the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund. We can also arrange the return shipping ourselves, using our shipping arrangements. In this case, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the final return.
Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shopessencia.ca.
Sale Items
Sale items and/or clearance items cannot be refunded or returned.
Order Cancellations
Your order can be canceled for any reason and a full refund will be provided, if the merchandise has not been scheduled to ship from our own or our supplier’s warehouse. Please call us to see if your product has been shipped. In the event that your order has been shipped/scheduled for delivery our return policy will apply. In short, the product must be back in our warehouse before a refund is initiated.
Pricing Policy
Essencia Boutique International can cancel orders and refund customers’ money because of pricing error.
